I hate Lagoon. So sue me.
We go once a year for Landon's work Lagoon Day. Before we had kids, we would go for the company picnic and glad-hand and "show the flag" and then leave.
I'm afraid of all the rides. We both hate crowds with the white-hot passion of a thousand suns. It's not a fun place for us.
Death grip on Henry's leg on the sky ride. (I get a little bit out of breath just looking at this picture. I don't do heights.)Lagoon? Check. A full year before I have to go back.

I absolutely love the sweat-face picture.
I agree places like this are much more bearable when you can see how much fun it is for your kids. If only they knew of the sacrifices we make...
I have fond memories of Lagoon. I rode my first upside down roller coaster there, scarred for life now and won't go on a roller coaster to this day. You fake fun really well, though.
I never knew about your fear of heights. Kindred spirits, I tell you. I'm the same scaredy cat at Lagoon. That's why it's nice to have the kids so you have the excuse to just do their things all day. Congrats on surviving the experience again.
I thought that I was going to fall off my chair laughing from your comment on the boy's face when they are riding the car. It looks like they are having so much fun. Glad that you enjoyed yourself! You could have stayed home and watched my girls. Now that is FUN!
