How is it I've lived to be 40 years old and I've never made freezer jam? My mother-in-law gave me a bunch of raspberries from her garden because she's heard me express my love for her freezer jams. The berries have been in my freezer for a few months and I finally bought jars and pectin and went to work.
Only 1 hour of work later and I have 12 pints of raspberry jam. So satisfactory. And so delicious. I tried to stage a pretty picture, but my eye and my camera are both lacking in abilities so I went with the honest approach and took the photo below.
Wheat toast never had it so good.

I'm older then you and I've never made freezer jam either. Can't say that I ever wil. Nice job, though, it looks delicious!
